At Little Herberts, we carefully choose every product with families in mind — so we’re pretty confident you’re going to love your purchase. In fact, we back it 100%.

If something isn’t quite right, that’s completely okay. You’re welcome to return your item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund — and we’ll cover the return shipping.

How to Arrange a Return

To request a return, simply email us at orders@littleherberts.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • A quick note on why (this helps us improve)

If your return is approved, we’ll send you all the instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: items sent back without first contacting us unfortunately can’t be accepted.

 

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you’ve received the wrong product, let us know right away so we can make it right.

Email us at orders@littleherberts.com.au and we’ll take care of things as quickly as possible.

 

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

While we’d love to be able to accept returns on everything, unfortunately we cannot offer returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

 

Refunds

Once your return arrives back with us, we’ll inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that banks and credit card providers can take a few extra days to process and post the refund.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your refund has been issued but hasn’t appeared yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider (sometimes refunds take a little while to show)

  3. Reach out to your bank — processing times can vary

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you’d like is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.

Please note: We only offer exchanges if an item arrives damaged or defective.
