We do offer baby head shaving yes. We can only shave the hair to the lowest setting on our clippers. Please note we do not use razors to shave the hair. We're always happy to chat you through our process first to ensure it feels right for you and your little one.

At Little Herberts, we specialise in supporting children who feel nervous, overwhelmed or unsure about haircuts. We have developed a number of strategies to help your child cope and we've developed 2 services specifically designed around anxious clients, you can select either our Anxious or Sensory appointments. You're also welcome to: Book a quieter appointment time, visit beforehand for a quick hello, bring comfort items, stay close or have your child sit on your lap. Yes. We regularly support children with sensory sensitivities, autism, ADHD and anxiety (or Super Powers as we like to call them). We can avoid clippers if needed, reduce noise, skip hair dryers, work in stages, stop at any time. We believe in meeting children exactly where they are. That's okay. Truly. We expect wobbles, tears and big feelings. We work gently and flexibly sometimes that means cutting while they cuddle you, standing up, playing at the toy table or taking breaks.

Yes. All of our hairdressers are fully qualified and each of them has many years experience, we have a lot of curly haired clients and as a result we understand that curly hair needs a different approach. We cut with curl pattern and texture in mind and can guide you on caring for curls at home.

Call us — and don't stress. We offer a specific detangling service, it is a timed service, as each head of knots is unique and we can never say in advance how long it will take. You are best to call us to discuss your requirements beforehand so we can work out a strategy. We can safely detangle your child's hair and recommend gentle products and brushing techniques to prevent future knots. We also stock salon-quality detangling brushes detangling spray perfect for winning the battle going forward.

Yes we do, and we love teaching parents simple styles they can recreate at home. We currently offer one-on-one braiding classes, available to book online. You will need to bring your child with you to the session, as you'll be practising on them. You'll have a dedicated hairdresser working with you for the duration of the lesson, helping you every step of the way. We do occasionally run braiding workshops. We offer a couple of options to deal with the dreaded chlorine. You can either book your child in for one of our chlorine cleansing services or you can purchase from our range of Malibu C Swimmers Wellness - we sell treatments, shampoo, conditioner and a spray that all help to keep swimmers hair in great condition.

Yes, you have up to 2 hours free parking in the City West Centre, just head to Scitech and park in the main car park. You'll need to enter your car registration number in the ticket machine to qualify.

Yes, that's correct. If you enter from the main car park downstairs, come up one level and walk away from Scitech, we're next to Domayne and Harvey Norman on the left hand side and opposite Vitaland.
