Shipping policy

 

We’re so excited to send you your order. We just need to run through a few things with you before you receive your products.

 

Processing times

 

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

Orders are shipped from our Perth based shop, we’ll send you an email advising you that your products are on their way to you, we’ll also supply you with a tracking number.

 

Possible delays

 

Please note that during busy periods in the run up to Christmas for example it may take us a day or so longer to process your order due to the high volume of orders placed. 

We’re proud to use Australia Post standard services to deliver your products. All packages will be marked as ‘Authority to leave’. By placing your order, you accept responsibility for your parcel left at the delivery address you supply. Please ensure you provide a safe address that your parcels can be left at.

 

Shipping costs

 

We charge a flat rate of $7.00AUD up to the value of $75.

Products over $75 will qualify for free shipping Australia wide. 

 

Pricing

 

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian dollars.

 

In-store pickup

 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Little Herberts 1/357 Cambridge Street Wembley WA 6014 After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are Monday to Friday 9-11am and 3-5pm and Saturdays 8am-2pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

 

International Shipping

 

At this time, we do not ship internationally. If you are an overseas customer, please email us at hello@littleherberts.com.au, we’re happy to organise a quote for you for shipping.  

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Little Herberts is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@littleherberts.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

 

We do not currently ship to P.O.Boxes. 

 

Correct information

 

It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate and up to date. Please be certain your address is correct, before finalising your order. The shipping address for your order is shown at the checkout and on your order confirmation and shipping confirmation email. In the event that an incorrect address was entered, address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address and we cannot be liable for any loss associated.

If parcels are returned to us as RTS (return to sender) because of an incorrect or invalid address or as unclaimed, then we have the right to charge a redelivery fee to ship the order back out to your correct address. This redelivery fee charge will depend on the size and the location of your order.
